International Shipping Information
FENCESCREEN INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We generally ship in stock orders within 1-3 business days of when you place your order. Please allow 5-7 days for fabrication of order prior to shipment of custom sized orders.
International shipping is calculated during checkout based on a number of factors including: the type and quantity of items you are purchasing; the total weight of the items and the destination country postal code.
There will be no additional costs from FenceScreen when you receive your order. Taxes and duties is applicable are the responsibility of the customer, FenceScreen.com is not responsible for taxes and or duties. There will not be any additional costs billed upon delivery or due as C.O.D. charges.
CANCELLATIONS BEFORE ORDER FULFILLMENT:
Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, there is a short period of time in which you may cancel your order. You may choose to cancel your entire order as long as the order has not yet been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at 1-888-313-6313. If your order is cancelled for any reason, you will not be charged for the order, customs' duties, tariffs, taxes and shipping fees. If the order has been fulfilled for shipment there will be a 20% restocking charge.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY:
If the return is a result of our error, the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will be refunded. You may return most new and unopened items within 7 days of delivery. If an item(s) are returned and there is no order error with the order there will be a 20% restocking fee. Custom sized orders cannot be returned. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. All returned items will be inspected and will incur a restocking fee of 20%. If material is opened and returned damaged or missing no refund will be issued. Used items will be returned to the customer and charged the return shipping fee.
DEFECTIVE POLICY AND RETURNS DUE TO OUR ERROR:
Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received may be returned without incurring any additional fees. Your shipping charges will be waived. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.
Please Note: exchanges must be handled as a return and re-order for a replacement item.
