What is the order processing policy?
Please allow up to 24 hours to process your order before it is shipped. If you would like an update on your order, please call Customer Service at 888-313-6313 and a member of our FenceScreen staff will update you on your order. Please proofread carefully before submitting your order.
What is our policy on resale certificates?
FenceScreen does not accept resale certificates from any state.
What is the usual shipping & production time?
Standard orders where no sizing is required typically ship within 24 hours of placing the order. Custom sized orders, where fabrication to a special size is required, allow up to 5 business days for production. Shipping time to your location is in addition to this time. For orders that require expedited shipping, contact our customer service team for pricing at 888-313-6313.
What is the shipping policy?
All shipping is provided via FedEx, UPS or common carrier. We do not require a signature for deliveries. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We are not responsible for the loss of your order by failed delivery. In no case shall we issue a refund or free replacement for an order where the carrier can provide delivery confirmation or if the carrier is delayed for any reason including weather or other acts of God. All of our shipments can be tracked from warehouse to the delivery address.
What is the return & exchange policy?
FenceScreen stands behind its merchandise and service. No exchanges or returns can be made on custom orders (custom size or custom printed); be sure to double check your measurements. Only new material is eligible for refund or exchange. If you are not satisfied with a FenceScreen product you bought in the last 30 days from FenceScreen.com you may return it in its original condition with original packaging in new and saleable condition. (Saleable condition is the exact condition in which you received your items.) Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving your items. All orders eligible for return will be charged a 20% restocking fee and the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
How are back orders handled?
If a product is on back order, you will promptly be notified as to when the product will be shipped. Please call our Customer Service Department to find out when delivery of that item is available.
How will screen sizing be handled?
Our experienced team of professional fabricators are diligent in getting each screen to the desired size. However, please note that all screens may vary by +/- 0.50 inches. This is generally caused by climate temperatures that can cause the material to shrink or expand. All screens above 7'-8" in height come with a center-binding strip to prevent bowing.

Frequently Asked Questions
FenceScreen has the largest inventory of in-stock ready to ship fence screen products. Standard screen orders, 50ft rolls, fence netting, building tarps, FencePro slats and NatraHedge artificial foliage and planter boxes are considered standard orders and ship within 1-3 business days. For custom orders, fabricated to specific lengths and heights with special finishing options, please allow 5 business days for fabrication.
FenceScreen customer orders are manufactured in-house with state of the art print equipment and fabrication equipment. This allows us to offer our customers the fastest order turn around and highest level of quality control of any fabricator coast to coast. Typical custom orders ship in 5 business days depending on size and finishing requests.
All returns for exchange or refund must be returned within 30 days from the receipt date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and include original product packaging. Return freight is paid by the customer. Returns or exchanges older than 30 days are not accepted as from time to time our product colors and materials change. On each item returned for refund there is a 20% restocking charge. Custom sized panels, those fabricated to specified dimensions, cannot be returned. Returns are only accepted on standard 50' rolls and accessories in new condition.
FenceScreen will email you tracking confirmation on your order. You can also use our Track Order page. If you have not received tracking, please email hello@fencescreen.com.
Most fence screens come standard with 150-GSM black binding on all sides, grommets spaced 24-in apart, and triple grommet corners, unless otherwise specified. Other products, such as Commercial Block (750 series), will include a center binding on any heights above 6-ft tall. Be sure to take a look at the Screen Finishing Options section of any product for an accurate representation of how the screen will come out.

Design services
Our in-house design team can retouch a logo, lay out a full custom panel, or build artwork from scratch. Every design service is added to a printed product when you configure it: pick the service in the Select Design Services step on any printed fence screen, banner, or scenic screen, and it is added to your order as its own line. Graphic/Logo Retouch & Large Format Preparation

A member of our on-staff design team will take your low-resolution graphic or logo and create a high-quality vector graphic that is large format print ready. Every order containing custom printed products also includes our artwork setup and proof, described below.
Preferred file formats & size
Regardless of the file format, your images should be output in the CMYK color format. If possible, please use the native file(s) your artwork was created from (.AI, .INDD, .PSD) and/or a print-ready PDF.
- Vector art: Adobe Illustrator .EPS or .AI files (best quality). Vector files can be scaled to any size, are not resolution specific, and provide the best result. We also accept InDesign files (.INDD, .IDML) but make sure they're PACKAGED InDesign files so there are no issues with missing images and fonts.
- Raster art: Very high resolution .TIFF, .JPG, or .PSD files should be a minimum of 300 dpi at 1/12th scale. The higher the resolution, the better the result. 300 dpi at 1/12th scale is the minimum (ex: 1 feet = 1 inch). If you have even larger files, do not downsize them to the minimum. Send the full resolution files whenever possible, as the larger the files, the better the print quality will be.
- Bleeds and crop marks: We print edge-to-edge, so no need to include bleeds or crop marks in your graphics.
- High resolution PDFs: .PDF files like raster art should be high resolution outputs generally from Illustrator or InDesign.
Sending us your files
- Files that are less than 10 MB in size can be sent via email to prepress@fencescreen.com, or a secure artwork upload link can be sent to you by a sales rep or graphic designer.
- For larger files (10 MB and higher), please do not send by email. Instead, send an upload link request to prepress@fencescreen.com.
Simply fill in your information in the boxes and link to your files. A confirmation email will be sent to both parties confirming the transfer and receipt of the files. You can send files up to 2 GB at a time. Larger downloads should be broken into smaller sections.
Included with each order
The $99 artwork setup fee covers opening and verifying the files for color, resolution and suitability for large format output and generating (1) free electronic proof ("print ready" graphics required) used for approval. Amendments or changes to the design(s) or proofs will result in additional fees.
