Disintegrates fast in the sun. Would not purchase again!
This product looks nice & I was very happy to begin with. However, after a few months in the sun on our back deck where we used it for privacy - it started to disintegrate. The material where the panels connect break off very easily & are the first parts that you notice as they begin to "hang" quite hap-hazardly! When you touch them to re-set them they just start to fall apart. If they have new material that is protected from UV breakdown, I'd love to receive a replacement for my order & be able to write a better review - but if not, I'd steer well away! I'll try to add some pictures next time I can.

Mixed Feelings about this Product
I've had this material outside for the last 4 years. I purchased about 1000 sq feet by making a few orders from Amazon. When I installed it, it was nothing short of fantastic looking. Some people were confused and thought the hedge material was real, which is a desired outcome. 1000 sq feet of product was advertised as the same but it was not. About 800 sq feet of the material has not held up well in the sun. The result is that it has become brittle and in places falls apart when touched. As you can imagine I'm really annoyed that most of the product is falling apart. The other 200 sq ft I bought appears a darker green and has held up tremendously well in the sun. Now I'm asking myself if I should go with this manufacturer again. The better product was ordered 1 or 2 months after the poorer quality product. Did the mfg-ing process improve? I'm not sure. I would like to get to the bottom of this though before ordering another 800 sq ft.

Great color that doesn’t look fake
This product arrived quickly and well packaged. I got the dark green. It looks natural. The panels are easy to assemble, cut, and adapt to your space.

Beautiful and more realistic than we thought. Had samples from another place that was 6x the cost and this was pretty close. Painted wall behind black for zero see thru (not necessary though)

Just what I needed for my backdrop
I bought it used and it was so worth it! The box was damaged but the boxwood looked great!

Not all the mats are complete.
Bought several boxes and this stuff is not really cheap. It installs well and does the job. The problem is that one box had about half the mats damaged in how the were packed in the box. I was able to salvage some sections and overall lost about four mats total. The seller seems to be a ship in and out only and was not prepared to handle replacement mats. I finished the job with a few spares anyway so just moved along rather than send the whole box back and wait for a return.
The pattern / color / texture is not completely consistent from box to box but overall it's fine.

Buyers Beware
The square hedges are not very sturdy. They fall off very easily I was expecting a more robust stronger hold. I had to cut and plug in holes from some of the fallen hedge plugs. Disappointing and the box us not cheap :(

Had to cover a bunch of white ugly plastic fences. Measure, assemble on the ground and lift and install in place. Looks great. I used green outdoor paint spray to cover all the edges prior to install. Looks great

Designer’s quality boxwood hedge
Comes in manufacturer’s boxing. Yhis is my 3rd time to purchase these. The 1st two was more than a year ago. It retains it’s color and shapes. UV-protected and wayer-proof. Highly recommended!

Thought I was going vertical but wound up using on some wire I screened over pool equipment so its laying flat/horizontal and we have had some compliments already on how it looks. Still a work in progress (first year of pool) but you get the idea.

Perfect for a flower wall diy
Exactly what I needed. Comes with 12 panels and nice and full with no gaps. I made a DIY floral wall for my babyshower and it came out great! I used black foam poster boards from dollar tree and taped them together and used a hot glue gun with gorilla glue sticks to keeps the grass on the wall. It works out perfectly for me. We are keeping the wall to hang up in my daughters room for when she’s born.

Missing two pieces
The boxwood looks gorgeous but it came with only 10 not 12 pieces. Really disappointed. Wish it came with the twelve.

Did not come in the same box as the picture, and it's hard to tell up close if it's the same product. When if first arrived it smelled very strongly of plastic. We sprayed it down in the shower with a bit of soap (and was surprised at the amount of dirt that came off) and let the squares sit out in the sun for a couple of weeks before putting them up and that helped with the smell. From a distance it looks fabulous and is the beginnings of a very funky/cool headboard.

Nice alternative to the real mccoy.
I sure like this product, but be warned, when ordering make sure you order in bulk. I did two separate orders and the lot shipments must be different because there's a clear difference in color. For that I won't give it a full 5 stars. If I had known that I would have mixed the boxwood tiles before completing my project.

Disappointed and requesting this be removed from Amazon! This is not a Natrahedge product! Not anywhere close! Product on the left IS Natrahedge, who knows what's on the right and comes in the brown box!

Nice product just received two different colors so had to reorder more and return some.
These mats were ordered for our customer. The only we issue at this time is if we order 4 boxes of product we need them to be exactly the same. We received 3 boxes of green and black and one box of green and yellow. This made us have to order two additional boxes to try and get enough of the same color product! Then had to go through the hassle of getting return labels and finding a UPS drop off. Luckily Amazon reps make it very easy to deal with.

I originally ordered 2 boxes and the product was great. However I proceeded to order 4 more boxes in which I received an imitation low quality product from china (completely different packaging). It's also completely different color, quality, and size. This is unethical to cheat consumers. I have now 8 boxes of the imitation cheap product that need to be returned. This is so frustrating and super inconvenient. Amazon should provide a solution and better customer service.

Watch Out for Product Quality Issues
I placed 2 orders about a week apart. The first order came in the NatraHedge white boxes and were of really great quality. Then the second order arrived in brown beat up generic boxes and the artificial boxwood material was of substantially lower quality, almost like a bait and switch. I was wanting to order more but will probably have to find a different source now.

I bought 2 boxes of these and the first box came in the nice, official white box that was labeled. Awesome quality and perfect. This box however came in a generic brown box that was slit open on the side. The boxwoods were all different colors and were cheap looking. I needed this for a cinco de mayo photoshoot and I will not have the product in time. Not what I expected at all.

Fantastic quality! This snaps together easy and with the free zip ties it is secure. We didn't have to think about placement bc each piece is the exact same color variation and it's pretty seamless. We are getting a couch for in front of it so the picture shows it high off the ground. Will update picture. Quality is great and price is on par for quality. I would buy more to do a complete wall.

DIY wedding backdrop
We made a boxwood hedge for our daughters wedding backdrop. It was way cheaper to do it ourselves then to rent. Plus-- we can sell it afterwards. The 20x20' squares snap together easily- and can be unsnapped. The color is a rich green color, not overly bright or yellowish. Looks great. We built a pipe frame and zip tied it to this frame. Since we only did the front and sides, we had to apply black visqueen behind it so light doesn't show through. If placed against a solid wall, you could skip this step. The mats bend around the pipe for the sides easily. They give you plenty of small green zip ties in the box. We made some cuts to the mats and if the snaps don't work, you can zip tie the pieces together. No smell, arrived flat.

This is beautiful set up. I'm so glad I checked on amazon when looking for a hedge wall. I'm using it as a background so it can get a little weighty depending on how many are linked together(I did an 8ft x 8ft). but it looks awesome!

Great artificial boxwood hedge
This is exactly what I was looking for! Easy to connect pieces together to make a hedge screen for my back yard. It is dense and the neighbors can no longer see into my backyard pool area.

They click one with another making it easy to put together and they blend in nicely so that you don't see the lines between the tiles.
We used these to cover the bases of some tables in a showroom and the look is excellent.
In the past we contracted a company that installed the same material on a wall. This time we wanted to try DIY and the truth is we could have saved al lot in the past if we had bought these and installed ourselves because its that easy.
Shipping was very quick and the items arrived in time. We ordered extra and were able to return the material without an issue.
They do have a plastic scent but it fades with time.
Overall very impressed with the product and would highly recommend.

Sure thing, but spendy
My existing deck is a fishbowl for the neighborhood. I added 4 feet of lattice on top of the railing, but was left with ugly vertical railings below. I have stapled NatraHedge to the bottom to cover up the spindles as well as create more of a wall for privacy. It looks real, it's easy to cut and attach (both with zip ties and with staples), and apparently it won't fade for 5 years. The catch is -- it's incredibly expensive. To finish my deck -- covering both sides -- will be 6 boxes, . Needless to say this project is being completed in stages.
