My mistake

Shop around.
I bought this 2 years ago and finally decided to install them. I’m glad I only bought 10’ of it. Fortunately I only have a 4’ fence so I was able to feed it down through the fence with one hand a guide the bottom with the other. Not a fan.

Worst customer service ever. Made me pay $150 in shipping to return crappy product then did return to sender saying no one was at address of their own shipping label

It is not stiff and is no different than the vinyl used in a diagonal pattern.
The product is not a slat, i,e, stiff slat. It is a vinyl product just like the vinyl products that are sold to be used in a diagonal pattern for the chain link fence. This product to be used on a vertical pattern does not say that it is vinyl.

Challenging strips are circular, not flat
Strips are shipped in circular strips, difficult to work with and more so since I got them when the weather was turning colder

The packaging ruined this product.
The slats come tightly coiled and they will not straiten out even when warmed in 110 degree F bathtub water. The last ones I got came straight (about 40' of slats) and went into the chain link fence without much trouble. With these I would be fighting every one because of the cure is tightest on the leading end of the slat. DO NOT BUY THESE!

Looks good. Works for Privacy and keeping neighbors greenery from coming through the fence. Sliding the slats through the chain link is very tough on the fingertips.

Great privacy option
These slats made a big difference in adding privacy to my old chain link fence. Easy enough to install (just a bit time-consuming), and they hold up well in wind and rain. Not 100% private, but close enough. Looks way better than bare metal. Worth it! Covered over 10", height was perfect. They come in rolls so once they are in the sun a little bit they'll look much better.

Not for privacy
The pictures are accurate. There are gaps between the slats so people can still see thru the fence, so avoid skinny dipping in your pool!
Installing was easy. Wish it had been available in 6 foot size. Had to settle for 5 feet and leave gaps top and bottom. It would have been nice to have a top piece in addition to the bottom support for a neater finish.

It looks good when finished. Was difficult to start with due to being rolled. We attached it upside down on half of the fence, due to the ground cover and being unable to slide locking piece in. But used top of fence to lock in place with the metal of the fence.

It gets the job done
Only used it to give my dogs some shade on their kennel. It's not as thick as I was expecting but it got the job done. I even cross weaved it thru the fencing so it kind of look box shaped (weaving up and down, then left to right).

Absolute garbage
This crap comes rolled up so tightly that you will never get it to unroll and lay anything close to flat. Even on an 85 degree day it would not straighten out. I just wish I had tried to install it before the return window closed.

This product worked great. Easy to install and look terrific. Ended up needing more. Amazon was out of stock so we ordered direct from this seller. Same price. We'll see how the delivery is.

I received these 6ft tall slats in black on 4/29/24. I should have gone with my gut and just ordered a privacy screen rather than these slats. They are very flimsy and measurement wise they are not what the seller advertises them as. Seller states they are 1 3/8 inches wide when they are actually only 1/4 inch wide. I know it’s not a big measurement difference but it’s a big privacy difference when two slats side to side create hardly any privacy. I have initiated a return and will be ordering a privacy screen instead.

Great product !
Great product! It takes about an hour and 15 minutes to install a 10 foot section. I was very pleased with the results and order four more boxes . I have a black chain link fence and it looks very nice while giving plenty of privacy.

Good for the price
I do like this product and it’s very good quality for the price. I do still through all the cracks between each slat but that’s to be expected. Overall it was easy to put on and it’s been holding up great against the rain, wind, and snow.

Looks cheap
Strips came coiled, stayed coiled after installed. Channels came in 2 ft sections, which contribute to the cheap look.

Awful
I've ordered other fence slots on Amazon and these are by far the worst, they come coiled up and don't spring back into shape so you have to weave them in where as other brands just drop in no problems.

Maybe be a good product
I can't review the product Because while in transit,it said he became damaged and was sent back to sender and I was refunded. I was really sad as I got it for a great price at the time and could really use it!!

A pain to install
The slats come rolled up in a small box. You have to unroll them and feed them through each chain link. I've used other brands where you just drop them in and they fall into place. But these are flimsy and a huge pain to weave in.

First the seller did a great job in providing what I ordered.
second the product is to cover 10 ft of chain link fencing. the locking track is exactly 10 ft., however the slats when PROPERLY installed per manufacturers instructions come up 2 slats short (they provide 82 slats you really need 84 for 10 ft.) so after installing 40ft I come up 8-9 slats short. So I have roughly a 8 or 0" gap in the fence. I contacted the mfgr. and they won't supply the extra slats, they offered a discount for another 10 ft. which they never made good on.
I would by other products from this distributor but never again from Fen-Pro.

Hard to install
They are hard to install in the fence because they come rolled up. Makes it hard to get them straight enough to slide through the fence quickly like some others I have had before.

Easy to install privacy slats
These privacy slats are exactly what I was looking for. They add a great level of privacy to your fence and are easily tailored to fit your exact fence size. You don't need any tools to install this, unless your fence requires a little bit shorter length of bottom lock, in which case you can use a set of shears to trim them to size. I did have an issue with some of the slats that came in my order not being fully dyed (there were streaks of opacity on some of the slats) and I reached out to the seller for support. The seller responded quickly to my request, was very apologetic and quick to act to ameliorate the situation by sending me a complete replacement package even though I was only requesting a partial replacement for the slats in question. Excellent seller stands behind their product and has wonderful customer service too!

Does the job
Makes a see-through chain-link fence less see-through. Easy to install. Comes as a bunch of precut pieces and a roll of bottom track. We wanted to make one section of our fence more private bc the kids play. This was def the way to go. Way cheaper, way easier, and way less time than wood. I'd recommend as a quick fix for anyone in the fence market.

Does the job
The slides that are supposed to go at the bottom don’t even stay on. We just left them in the fence for now until we can fix them. Does the job enough to create a barrier for the dogs.

This worked fine for what we needed it for. We have a chain link fence surrounding a small area of our backyard and we wanted this for a little added security and the decor. It was pretty easy to install and looked just like I was expecting. Make sure you order enough because it was just enough for our job. Appears to be somewhat durable and weather resistant

Great fence slats
It is time consuming but they’re good quality and the channels aren’t flimsy. They’re meant for the 6 ft advertised but they can be cut and if you let your kid go at it make sure they’re going the right direction unlike mine.

I figured it to be in 4foot sections not coiled up.
Very thin and slot of the locking ends don't stay in the track very well. Didn't like the coiling up the slats like that. As well the locking channel is 2 foot long so your next part of run doesn't line up perfect at the bottom. It looks like you might get a couple years worth out of it cheep fix .I bought four boxes just in case parts was missing or have extra down the road I spent 212.00. For a cheep fix

They were really cheap made and left horrible gaps in between them. The concept is there but they just didn't hit the mark.

Product was very difficult to work with. Bought this instead of our usual product because of time and budget. Very cheaply made. Saved money on product but spent more on labor just trying to install. Would not recommend.

Item description: "Each Box Contains 82 slats and (5) 24 inch bottom locking channel". Box contained 5 bottom strips and 4 ROLLS of plastic that would need to be cut into strips. Don't see how "locking mechanism" could happen if I'm the one cutting this up. Would be most accurately described as "fence weave". I will be returning.
