Orders & Shipping

Please allow up to 24 hours to process your order before it is shipped. If you would like an update on your order, please call Customer Service at 1-888-754-8459 and a member of our FenceScreen staff will update you on your order. Please proofread carefully before submitting your order.
FenceScreen does not accept resale certificates from any state.
Standard orders where no sizing is required typically ship within 24 hours of placing order. Custom sized orders "Fabrication to special size is required" allow up to 5 business days for production. Shipping time to your location is in addition to this time.

All shipping is provided via Fed Ex, UPS or common carrier. We do not require signature for deliveries. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We are not responsible for the loss of your order by failed delivery. In no case shall we issue a refund or free replacement for an order where the carrier can provide delivery confirmation or if the carrier is delayed for any reason including weather or other acts of God. All of our shipments can be tracked from warehouse to the delivery address.
FenceScreen stands behind its merchandise and service. No exchanges or returns can be made on Custom Orders (Size or Custom Printed); be sure to double check your measurements. Only new material is eligible for refund or exchange. If you are not satisfied with a FenceScreen product you bought in the last 30 days from FenceScreen.com you may return it in its original condition with original packaging in new and saleable condition. (Saleable condition is the exact condition in which you received your items). Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving your items. All orders eligible for return will be charged a 20% restocking fee and the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
If a product is on back order, you will promptly be notified as when the product will be shipped. Please call our Customer Service Department to find out when delivery of that item is available.
Our experienced team of professional fabricators are diligent in getting each screen to be the desired size. However, please note that all screens may very by +/- 0.50 inches. This is generally caused by climate temperatures that can cause the material to shrink or expand.

All screens above 7'-8" height comes with Center-Binding Strip to prevent bowing.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQS)

FenceScreen has the largest inventory of in-stock ready to ship fence screen products. Standard screen orders, 50ft rolls, Fence Netting, Building Tarps, FencePro Slats and NatraHedge artificial foilage and planter boxes are considered standard orders and ship within 1-3 business days. Custom orders – those fabricated to specific lengths and heights and special finishing options, please allow for 5 business days for fabrication.
FenceScreen customer orders are manufactured in-house with state of the art print equipment and fabrication equipement  This allows us to offer our customers the fastest order turn around and highest level of quality control of any fabricator coast to coast. Typical custom orders ship in 5 Business Days depending on size and finishing requests.
All returns for exchange or refund must be returned within 30 days from receipt date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and include original product packaging. Return freight paid by the customer. Returns or exchanges older than 30 days are not accepted as time to time our product colors and material change. On each item returned for refund there is a 20% restocking charge. Custom sized panels, those fabricated to specified dimension cannot be returned. Returns only accepted on standard 50’ rolls and accessories in new condition.

Most fence screens come standard with 150-GSM black binding on all sides, grommets spaced 24-in apart, and triple grommet corners, unless otherwise specified. Other products, such as Commercial Block (750 series), will include a center binding on any heights above 6-ft tall. Be sure to take a look at the Screen Finishing Options section of any product for an accurate representation of how the screen will come out.
