We work hard to ensure your complete satisfaction. Unfortunately, from time to time, despite our best efforts and intentions, errors do happen. In the unlikely event we make an error in manufacturing your fence screen, we will happily replace it for you. Simply contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery of your merchandise.
If you simply want to return or exchange non-custom sized or, non-custom printed materials, in original packaging, please follow the steps on our “returns page” to receive a credit. Shipping charges will not be refunded on exchanges. All orders eligible for return will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Customized materials (custom sized or, custom printed), where FenceScreen has made no error, cannot be returned or granted credit. Please be sure to double check your custom measurements and/or, graphic proofs prior to final order approval. Errors in sizing must be reported to Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order.
If, upon receipt, you find that your order has been damaged, please call Customer Service immediately, using the contact information provided on this web site. All shipping damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for return. FenceScreen cannot be liable for consequential or inconsequential damages sustained, or aggravated, after you receive your order and install or use the purchased merchandise.
